Here's a sneak peak at what I'm usually dragging around in my gym bag. They're all essentials for me - from water, to my yoga mat, to clear elastics to hold my hair back - but nothing is more important then my dry shampoo. Here's another dry shampoo tip - spray it in your hair before you go to the gym & it will help prevent oily hair from the start.
