I know the stores may be trying to sell us on fall & back to school already but we still have a full month of summer left minimum & lets be real - we can still do a whole lot of damage to our hair in that time frame.
The month of August is typically one of the hottest months & can wreak havoc on our hair. But no worries I can help!
You know how important it is to wear sunscreen daily - but just like your skin - you can't neglect your hair too!
I know, I know... you don't want to add another step into your routine. But UVA/UVB rays can do a number on your strands. Along with water, salt & heat, the sun's rays can leave your hair dry, brittle & faded.
So basically you MUST use a UV spray for your hair if you plan on spending time in the sun this August. My fave is by Living Proof.
