This week I'm focusing on the supplements I'm taking to get ready for summer!
Renew Life Probiotic
I'm not a scientist so I can't get all into the nitty gritty - all I know is a daily probiotic has been life changing for me - this coming from someone who didn't go boom boom regularly enough - is this TMI?... sorry. This has totally made me so regular - at least when it comes to that & supposedly helps with my immune system too.
GNC Cellucucor C4 Pre-Workout
When I'm working out at 6 a.m. there's not a chance in hell I'm getting up early enough to have coffee. But I noticed I wasn't as strong doing my workout & cardio without it. Enter this fancy drink - it takes like a second to mix & gets me raring to go. I personally don't get jitters from it but I'm used to caffeine so I don't know. Oh & btw my fave flavor by far is the pink lemonade. I'll have none of the blue raspberry... what the heck is a blue raspberry anyway?!
GNC Creatine Monohydrate
Again - I'm completely clueless as usual. All I do know is a friend & trainer who works at GNC told me I had to take this to improve my athletic performance & muscle development - and low and behold I've gotten bigger - and I'm digging the results.
Vega Protein & Greens
This is by far my fave powder protein. I barely have time to make a shake between my workout & the salon let alone a full meal with enough protein. So the Vega with my creatine, chia seeds, a half a banana, almond milk, spinach & kale in the Vitamix & I'm ready to rock & roll. This little cocktail helps me get my greens, protein & keeps me going to lunch.
Chia seeds are known as the original super food & have so many benefits. I know people who drink them in water which for some reason really grosses me out. I add mine to my protein shake & don't even know I'm consuming them.
On a quick side note - my client introduced me to the Keto coffee trend & I really tried to get into it but I HATED it! Have you tried it & if so what are your thoughts?
