Where on earth did the month of September go?!?!

This may have been the quickest month of them all for me. Normally the weather in the Northeast in September is amazing so I love extending my summer schedule til October... giving me all sorts of extra beach & pool time.

Which is especially exciting because the kids are back in school & it's extra peaceful. Even though I miss them terribly after spending so much time with them over the summer!

But this year it seams like all it did was rain for the entire month. Now I know if I ever had to live in Seattle could I? And the answer is hell nah.

So no... I didn't get all the sun time I wanted but instead took that extra time I had on my hands to get ready for the fall & create all sorts of fun content to share with you guys.

So that was pretty much what was going on in my personal life & here's a quick recap of what happened on the blog & over on social media in September.

I think my biggest moment of the month was my time spent hosting the ColorProof booth at the Premiere Philly hair show! This was a total dream job for me. Running a company's social media & talking to people all day about what I love... what's there not to like about that?! It was soooo inspiring to be around so many creative & artistic people who share my same passion. I shared a ton of pics over on Instastories of that experience so I'll just show you a few over here in case you missed them!

Why three you ask? Because actually starting the third week of August I switched over to a #styleoftheweek post to help you all find cute ways to wear your hair for allllllll the parties & holiday events the last quarter of the year... everything from Halloween to ringing out the New Year. So here's your first #styleoftheweek. A fishtail for days.
