THE IRISH MULE

I was at a party this week where they were serving these & I was pretty hesitant to try them. They're basically a Moscow mule but you replace the vodka with Irish whiskey. And I am not a whiskey drinker... but somehow when mixed with ginger beer & lime I was totally on board! Who knew?!

I made these treats last year for the first time & since then I've gotten no better at actual baking over the year so I decided to do them again. Besides... aren't they the cutest?!

I know, I know... no one is in any position to lose an hour of sleep. It wreaks havoc on everyone but I for one would personally do it for a whole week if I had to in order to have more light during the day!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM

It's time for a confession. My client told me how she only eats the peanut butter out of the carton & I decided to give it a try. Oh my gosh... what is so addictive about frozen peanut butter I don't know... but it's so good. It feels a little barbarian digging it out of the carton but it's so worth it!
