I can't believe it's already Halloween!

If you haven't already gotten a costume & it just might be too late then this week's #hairtiptuesday is just perfect for you!

I suggest letting your hair & makeup be the costume! And then find your accessories & outfit right out of your own closet.

At least that was my inspiration for this adorable cupcake hairstyle. For those of you who may not know or don't follow along as closely this is Chelsea, a color specialist at the salon who is serving up the sweetness in this post.

I styled her hair & she actually did her own makeup... she's good right?! The accessories I bought at Michael's & hot glue gunned them to hair pins. So basically her whole Halloween look cost under $10!

Who says you have to break the bank to have fun & look great on Halloween!
