The idea of last minute shopping gives me serious anxiety. My Obsessive Christmas Disorder would simply not allow it.... it takes me whole days just to perfectly wrap who knows how long I've been shopping for!

Oh & another quick tip - travel hair products are perfect for stocking stuffers... especially for people who fly often.
Gift sets also make for a great gift.
Last but not least - if you're really still at a loss what to get your hair lover simply get them a gift card to their favorite place to shop for hair products or their go to local salon.
